How do I know your products are real?

Absolutely! We take the authenticity of our products very seriously. We guarantee that all our items are genuine, recently manufactured, and sourced directly from the manufacturers.

Many of our products come with authenticity codes provided by the companies themselves. We strive to ensure you receive only the best and most authentic products.

What is your shipping policy?

Order Processing:

  • Processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Sunday (excluding major U.S. holidays).

Shipping Delays:

  • Not responsible for delays once with the postal service.

COVID-19 Delays:

  • Delivery guarantees are suspended; no refunds for late deliveries.

U.S. Shipping Pricing and Duration:

  • Standard Shipping: $6-10 for 2-5 business days.
  • Hawaii and Puerto Rico: 5-10 business days, rates vary.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST ship the same day.

International Shipping:

  • We do not offer international shipping currently.

Important Notes:

  • Not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, stolen, delayed by customs, refused by customs, delayed due to peak seasons, or delayed/returned due to incorrect addresses or being unclaimed.
  • Policy subject to change without notice. Please review periodically for updates.
My product/package arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your product or package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at info@lucyskbeauty.com.

Provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage, along with any relevant photos. Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

My package says DELIVERED, but I can't find it. Where is my package?

Your package may have been placed in a secure location such as your mailbox, porch, or garage by the carrier. It's also a good idea to check with others in your household who might have received it.

In rare cases, the package status might show as 'delivered,' but it could take an additional 24 hours to arrive. If more than 24 hours have passed since the 'delivered' status and you still haven't received your package, you can expedite the process by sending a service request via email to your local Post Office™ facility for further assistance.

After submitting the service request, you will receive a confirmation number, and within 2-3 business days, a representative will contact you to help resolve the issue.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, and we cannot provide refunds for issues caused by the carrier. However, we will try our best to assist you in obtaining a refund from your request to the carrier if your package cannot be located.

How can I determine whether the date on my product refers to the production date or the expiration date?

If you're concerned about the freshness and safety of our products, rest assured, we prioritize your well-being. We adhere to strict guidelines and never sell items that are too close to their expiration date.

In Korean beauty, most products are labeled with a production date. To verify, look for these characters:

  • 제조 = Manufactured date
  • 까지 = Open-by date

Typically, unopened products maintain their quality for 2-5 years. Once opened, they generally remain effective for up to a year. However, natural or organic items may have shorter shelf lives. You can find specific information on individual product pages to ensure you're getting the best and freshest products for your skincare routine.

Can I exchange or return a product?

Returns:
You can return your new, unopened, and unused item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll provide a full refund, minus initial shipping charges. You're responsible for return shipping costs. If you need a return label, email returns@lucyskbeauty.com with your order number, "RETURN" in the subject line, and details of the items and reason for return.

Refunds:
After inspecting your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions:
Some sale and promotional items may not be eligible for return. Please review promotion terms before purchase.

Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact exchanges@lucyskbeauty.com for assistance.

In the event of an allergic reaction on my skin, what should I expect to happen?

Before using any skincare products, especially those you're uncertain about, we strongly advise performing a small patch test.

Also, carefully read the usage instructions and ingredients list.

Remember, everyone's skin is unique, so a product that works for one person may not suit another. Please note that Lucy's K-Beauty cannot refund or replace opened products, nor can we be held responsible for any skin reactions.

If irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
