How can I verify the authenticity of my product?


Ensuring the authenticity of your product is our utmost priority. We guarantee that all our products are genuine, authentic, and recently manufactured.

To achieve this, we directly source our products from reputable partner brands in Korea and/or their authorized and verified distributors. Rest assured, when you shop with us, you are receiving only genuine products.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to get delivered?


For US Domestic shipments, we use USPS as our mailing service. The estimated delivery time for these shipments is typically 2-5 business days.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?


In the event that you receive a damaged product, kindly retain the package and packing materials.

Immediately get in touch with us at info@lucyskbeauty for prompt assistance.

My package status says DELIVERED, but I can't find it. Where is my package?


Your package might have been placed in a secure location such as your mailbox, porch, or garage by the carrier. It's also a good idea to check with others in your household who might have received it.

In some rare instances, the package status may show as 'delivered,' but it could take an additional 24 hours to arrive. If more than 24 hours have passed since the 'delivered' status and you still haven't received your package, you can save time by sending a service request via email to your local Post Office™ facility for further assistance.

Upon submitting the service request, you'll receive a confirmation number, and within 2-3 business days, a representative will be in touch to help resolve the issue.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?


Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout.

How can I determine whether the date on my product refers to the production date or the expiration date?


The majority of Korean beauty products are labeled with a production date.

To confirm, check the characters in front of the dates:
제조 = Manufactured date
까지 = Open-by date

Generally, unopened products have a shelf life of 2-5 years. Once opened, they are usually good for up to a year. Keep in mind that natural and/or organic products may have shorter shelf lives, and you can find specific information on individual product pages.

In the event of an allergic reaction on my skin, what should I expect to happen?


Before using any skincare products, especially those you're unsure of how your skin will react to, we highly recommend conducting a small patch test.

Additionally, carefully review the usage instructions and ingredients list.

Keep in mind that everyone's skin is different, so a product that suits someone else may cause irritation for you, and vice versa. Please be aware that DearLucy cannot offer refunds or replacements for opened products, nor can it assume responsibility for any skin reactions that may occur.

In case of irritation, it's essential to discontinue product use and seek medical advice from a healthcare professional.
